easy-to-use software database that aids with the assessment of an

calculations are adjusted for user inputs of geographic area, industry,
organization size, and salary planning date. ERISA is the only source of
its kind that reports salary survey data compiled from all available
salary surveys.
Geographic Salary Survey Data - Geographic Assessor
ERI's Geographic Assessor® provides comparisons of area base
pay and geographic differentials with graph comparisons and multiple area
benchmark listing comparisons. ERIGA's wage and salary survey data provide
a "Comparison Listing of Wage/Salary Levels", displaying summary
wage/salary differentials at five different salary earning (e.g. grade midpoint)
levels, as selected by the user.
